Kristie was a tremendous help to me with the purchase of my new home and the sale of my condominium. Her advice was very helpful and created a fair offer that was accepted on the first attempt! The sale price she picked for my condominium was competitive and (as she predicted correctly) was overbid by a significant margin! She was very responsive to my needs (especially when I was very nervous about the sale of my condominium) so I was not the easiest client to manage.
