Jeremy was absolutely instrumental in the sale of my parent's home. He took the time to meet with us to begin the process and then created a text thread with me and my siblings that kept us all up-to-date with each step of the sale process. It was also very helpful that he utilized email to communicate with us and allowed us to sign important documents electronically. When we were thinking of asking a particular price for the house, he showed us houses nearby and what they were selling for. This helped us determine the best asking price to get potential buyers interested in the house. He really did work tirelessly, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful from start to finish. I would highly, highly recommend him as a realtor.
