We had multiple offers on our home within a week of listing. After having several other agents come through prior to listing, we felt that Switz Real Estate was the best choice. Kim Ide was great. She knew I am was going to be an out of town buyer which meant more responsibility working with me. She made wonderful recommendation for services, attended the walk through and closing on my behalf. She did a lot of research for me since I was out of town. She was very patient as I asked a thousands questions, asked her to resend emails and explain things to me more than once. I trusted her from the very beginning and that is so important while going through the condo buy journey. I would highly recommend Kim Ide to anyone and everyone.

This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.
