Kim Ide was great. She knew I am was going to be an out of town buyer which meant more responsibility working with me. She made wonderful recommendation for services, attended the walk through and closing on my behalf. She did a lot of research for me since I was out of town. She was very patient as I asked a thousands questions, asked her to resend emails and explain things to me more than once. I trusted her from the very beginning and that is so important while going through the condo buy journey. I would highly recommend Kim Ide to anyone and everyone.

I have had Stephanie involved with several properties in Newport. Whether buying, selling or managing she has been nothing but professional and immensely helpful. We have worked together since 1989 and I can recommend her without reserve.
