90 real estate offices in RI, 02818

Joe is the best. He's honest and he spent years helping find the right property. He never once tried to push me into the wrong property just to close the deal, which I have always appreciated about him. He's the only person I would use on the Island.

The team was very professional and very informative. We were kept up to date with scheduling open houses and private tours. They also helped with paperwork and contacting an oval attorney.

Top Notch Experience from start to finish! We started working with The Fitzpatrick Team in April of 2022 and by October we were closing on our dream summer property. When we knew we wanted to buy in RI there was no doubt who to call to help us make it a reality. Their superior knowledge of the area and overall market is unmatched. We never felt pressure to buy something that did not check all our boxes and the team guided us through some of the tricky parts of the transaction with confidence and ease. Thank you Joe and Jessica! We look forward to making many fun family memories for years to come!
