Seth Thornsberry was an excellent agent. I signed up with him to help us find another house and sell the house we were living in at the time. I gave Seth a list of things I felt I needed in my new home and he was very attentive with showing me only the houses that met those needs. I didn't have a lot of time to look at houses and wanted to make the most use of my time and Seth understood that all to well. In selling my house, Seth did a walk through and gave me pointers as to what people look for when buying a house. This information was very helpful. I had lived here for 14 years and these were things I would not have thought about. I didn't want to put to much work or money into the house I was selling but I didn't want it to stay on the market forever either. It took me 6-8 months to find the house of my dreams but when I did Seth was able to sell my house and close the deal on my new house at the same time. It went so smooth. I was highly impressed with his follow up at the end of the close of the sale. Seth followed up with my family several times to make sure everything was as we wanted.
