My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Raj exceeded all of my expectations - she's personable, knowledgeable, professional, kind, and responsive. If you're looking for a realtor who will go to bat for you, stop looking, and contact Raj Kataria. Since we were coming from out-of-state, we had a very short window to visit open houses and find a house. Working in one of the hottest housing markets, she helped us schedule impromptu tours, often the same day, and responded to all of our questions and texts almost immediately. Apart from finding us the perfect home, Raj saved us several thousands when inventory was law and bidding wars were the norm. She coached us through our first home buying experience and used her expertise to advise us when making our offer. We truly can't thank her enough. Thank you again Raj!
