Chris truly exceeded my expectations of what a realtor does. He "held my hand" through the entire process. Not one question or concern was left unanswered or unaddressed. Not one time did he allowed me to loose hope of finding my new home with special attention to my personal requirements and budget. He allowed us to take time to make the best decisions for our personal situation. We weren't rushed into anything, not once did he make us feel like this was just another sale. Being my first time going through this process Chris really made it fun and easy breezy after the the paper needed from us. His broker, title company, everyone on his team was absolutely awesome. They explained everything in a way that I could understand in lament terms. I had such a great experience and acquired so much trust and confidence in him and his team that I immediately referred him to a few coworkers of mine looking for homes. He is a great person to have by your side during this process, I cannot stress that enough!! Chris and his team will continue to be my go to person for referrals and future purchases.
