Jennifer was helpful is getting us a home in Florida for my dad after his retirement. She was knowledgeable about Orlando and the surrounding areas. She provided insight to areas that would work for my dad. During the buying process, Jennifer was able to guide us on next steps and what needed to be completed in a timely manner to close on the house in the allotted time. We were always in constant communication with updates on the house in regards to inspections, maintenance, and the seller. She provided great input on what we needed to offer to ensure we would get it accepted as well as covering ourselves with inspections and extensions. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to get a home in the Orlando, Florida area.
