We are first time home buyers and needed an affordable starter home. Frank was knowledgable and honest about repairs a home needed. This showed me he cared about selling us a home that was right for us. He gave us information on ways we could upgrade the home over time. He helped us make a strong offer and negotiated with the seller's agent to get our offer accepted. I would recommend Frank to a family member or friend.
