I am so thankful to have found Tameka after a couple other agents I reached out to were slow to respond and/or did not provide properties that met my criteria. Tameka was professional and responsive from the jump. I live in MD and had one day to travel to FL and find a short-term rental investment property to purchase via a 1031 Exchange.
