Cathy truly went above and beyond in our new home buying process! She went out of her way to schedule a lot of appointments and proactively search homes for us in a difficult sellers' market. She knows the Lakeland area well, and it was actually because of her MLS search that we were even able to see that our home's Zillow listing looked quite different from the MLS listing! She was also responsive & professional in all of her communications, and always made us feel like a priority (for example, bringing us food around our final closing date). Would definitely recommend... thanks again Cathy!

We purchased our new home during a very hot market. Joy and Gary helped us find the right home and stayed involved in every aspect of getting the deal closed including being present for all inspections. We used them again to sell our old home and got the same personal attention. Their thoroughness as the selling agent got us top dollar and it was under contract in just four days.
