After a tour of our home with her associate, Realtor Chris Goode, our conversation revealed Carol as an informed and organized real estate pro with a determination to succeed. She advised us to recognize the changing trend to a buyer's market locally and emphasized the importance of having realistic expectations with our mid-winter listing.
