I had two properties side by side that needed to be sold due to a death in the family. Audra was recommended by my brother. The next thing I know, Audra has arranged for a mobile attorney to meet my brother in Detroit, obtain the necessary notarized signatures and get the papers back to the closing attorney so that there was no delay on closing day.
