I was ready to begin a new phase in my life and was looking for a realtor to help me find my own home. Trudy was referred to me by a mutual friend. My friend had used Trudy for his real estate needs and praised her, so I took his advice. I wanted a realtor who would be patient, thorough, respond to email and text promptly, and just basically be on top of all the details of buying a home. Trudy is also personable and easy to talk to. My experience had a bit of a hiccup and Trudy handled it perfectly. I found a home I loved, and we started the purchasing process including my $5k deposit, but I changed my mind and cancelled the purchase. We continued searching and found another home I really loved. We started the purchasing process that included cancelling purchase #1 and transfer my deposit from the 1st purchase to the 2nd purchase. That required Trudy to keep on top of all principles involved in two purchases plus the transfer of the deposit from one purchase to another.
