Paige is a true Real Estate professional. She is extremely thorough, responsive, and remained that way throughout the entire selling process of our home. Our house was listed on a Friday morning and was under contract by Sunday evening. I truely believe this is because of her and her team's details and amazing listing photos. She was very accurate on her comps for our home and she negotiated a deal that exceeded our expectations. She was incredibly supportive thoroughout the entire closing process was always available to answer questions and made us feel comfortable in our decisions. Keith is well organized, caring, diligent, patient, and a fantastic listener. He couldn't have made the process of buying our house any easier. At first we just talked on the phone and emailed our list of requests until I could come to SC to look at houses in person. I had 1 weekend to look at houses in person because I was 33 weeks pregnant and previously had a preemie, so travelling was limited. I knew nothing about Greenville or the surrounding areas and Keith carefully listened to our LONG list of needs for our new home. He worked diligently to schedule showings for listings that fit within my tight schedule. He was so patient and took all day to show me around Greenville. In the end, my husband and I decided to build and Keith was there every step of the way to ensure things went smoothly. We could not be more pleased with our new home and our 4 kids love their new neighborhood and school! Keith was not only a fabulous realtor, but he quickly became a friend.
