Carolyn is a fantastic agent. She found a great home for us in the area we wanted and got us in early to view. She was on top of the entire process; arranging the inspection, negotiating and schedule repairs, and staying on top of the the details involved for closing. After closing, she took us to set up our POA memberships and getting us gate access. She has stayed in touch informing us of events in BC. She even located an out of print directory for us. She continues to be a great resource with referrals. I can’t imagine trying to purchase and close without her help. I definitely recommend her for all real estate needs.
