Susie was incredible to work with. We worked with her for nearly a year before we found our house. Throughout that year, she helped us through pretty much any scenario you could think of: trying to buy from out of state, loans falling through, getting out-bid multiple times, indecisiveness -- you name it, it happened. She's basically an angel for putting up with it all (and for putting up with us). She never wavered. Always encouraging and patient. Though I think what we appreciated most was her realistic approach and how she helped us keep our heads and our wits about it all in-check.
