Marian Walls was hired to sell my deceased parents' home. Because it was vacant for 2 years, it had many hurdles to selling. She immediately went to work on giving us an on-spot market assessment that enabled us to price the home for quick sale. She also expertly guided us as to what needed to be repaired or left as is. With an older home in a state of disrepair, that guidance was priceless. She used her knowledge of media, her professional contacts and staging knowledge to receive many bids at asking/higher prices. It sold almost overnight! During the settlement process is where she really shined. Her communications to us were quick, accurate and timely. She kept us "in the know" at all times. Professionally, she went beyond expectations when (1) she arranged/oversaw the furniture removal, (2) hand delivered herself time-sensitive paperwork to NJ and (3) arranged to have a notary come to an office. Her work with the title company made the process seamless for us. Lastly and more importantly to us, she was friendly and easy to work with. She worked within our schedule and offered help along the way. It was like working with a family member. I would highly recommend Marian to family and friends, knowing they will be taken well cared for and their property well handled.
