Could not be happier I chose Erik as my realtor for my first home purchase! He was, and continues to be, a wealth of knowledge as it pertains to Philly real estate, property management, homeownership... and beyond. Erik is resourceful, reliable, and extremely patient and understanding. He was able to calm my nerves as a first-time home buyer and help me navigate through the home buying process with ease. With Erik, we were able to find a property that fit my criteria - home type (duplex), price, neighborhood - and reach negotiations with sellers that included generous sellers assist as well as key repairs needed post-home inspection. He is passionate about the assistance he can provide his clients, which shined through in every interaction I personally encountered. Beyond the point of sale, Erik coached me through appropriate steps to become a landlord, connected me to contractors, recommended programs to enlist in... above and beyond his scope as "realtor". He is true to his word, and I can't thank him enough for entertaining all my questions and for extending his help and resources to me. I highly recommend Erik to any new/seasoned homebuyer, and I look forward to working with him when purchasing my next home!
