Ilona helped us find a new home for my aging mother. This was not a simple accomplishment. We were looking for a place easily accessible for older people, in a very narrow location window, in close to move in condition and as always, price was also a factor. Ilona listened to all deal-breakers, as well as needs and wants and found my mother her new home. She also did an admirable job negotiating a fair price, and addressing post-inspection issues. She provided valuable advice while creating realistic expectations. And she was very accommodating with her time and schedule. Just a dedicated professional.
