Over the past four months I have been working with Deb to find, and finally purchase, my first home. From the very first time meeting her, Deb has been amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly wants to help in whatever way possible. After looking at houses for a few weeks and not having any luck, I decided to wait for about a month and a half. When I decided to pick back up the search, it was like we never skipped a beat with Deb. Then when I finally found the house I wanted to pursue, Deb gave me a ton of advice on how to approach the offer, and negotiations process. As a first-time home buyer, her expertise was extremely helpful. Not only that, but we also did great on the final agreed sale price! After the home inspections, Deb did a wonderful job negotiating to get me everything I needed. I couldn't have asked for more. Both Deb and Lou have been extremely helpful and caring these past few months. They genuinely wanted to see me get the best possible deal on my first home, and they made it happen. I have known Lenny for more than 10 years ourside of him being a realestate agent. I have never had the need for a realestate agent until now. When i first approached Len about selling my house he immediately came to see the property. Looked everything over made a few suggestions. As soon as he got home he started sending me comps in the surrounding area and did this a few times a week along with Zoom meetings. As showings took place he kept me well informed right after the showings. He would evaluate the situation and gave his suggestions. I trusted him that much and went with his suggestions. When we finally had someone bid on the house there were some decisions i had to make and again Len gave me his suggestions and let me know he would stand by my decision. Again the trust factor came into play and i trusted Lens evaluation. We finally went to settlement and it went well. I am very pleased with the entire experience. Len is a class act and i would positively use him again in the future.

Len was in constant contact with us, either by text, email or phone call. I feel he looked out for us as his client and I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.
