When I decided to purchase a house later in life, I knew nothing about how much the process had changed and what was involved. I must say that it was very intimidating, and there was so much information that I needed to be made aware of. Paul is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me step-by-step very patiently…because I asked so many questions and some repetitively that I actually felt that I was being very annoying, but he never made me feel that way and he was always positive and informative and helpful and kind. It really made the lengthly process issue free and alleviated all normal concerns and potential stress that a home buyer may have.
