Gary negotiated a good price for the house and while it was a difficult to estimate an asking price due to the unique character of the house, we finished with a higher price that originally anticipated. Notably the house sold very quickly. Gary also negotiated a closing date that was longer than originally requested but which suited our purposes. Overall we encountered no problems with the sale. Gary is a very personable, friendly person who has a very positive outlook and maintained his professionalism even through some very difficult personal times during the process of selling the house.
