Her communication skills are amazing, often responding within minutes and when that wasnt the case it was within hours of my reaching out. She followed through with tasks and getting me info in a timely manner and when thst easnt possible, she was open with the progress or identifying where the stall was. If there was something she couldnt do, she was open about why it was outside her ability, be it legal/ethical or it being someone else's required responsibility.
