Paul and I worked together for nearly TWO YEARS before I finally was able to close on a house. His patience, guidance, and industry insight were beyond appreciated, and I don't think things would have gone nearly as well if I had a different Realtor. I owe Paul so much, and I learned so much from the process. I am extremely grateful to him. He also has numerous connections to help with every step of the process too (from mortgage people, to home inspectors, to closing attorneys). This was a huge plus for me too, as I would have found this extremely overwhelming if I had to research all these things on my own.
