Brenda Cole was very professional and honest in selling my parents home. She was dealing with 4 of us so I know it was not always easy. She is very knowledgeable about every aspect of selling a home and what needs to be done and when it needs to be done. We were never rushed, she took her time and answered all our questions very patiently and professionally. She always was very quick to get back to us with answers to any questions we may have. She was very respectful of our time. I highly recommend Brenda Cole as a realtor, she is a fantastic person and did her absolute best in making all of us feel at ease in selling our childhood home.

To say Brenda went above and beyond for us is an understatement. I am so thankful for her time, efforts, and knowledge helping us find the perfect home for us! Brenda was always available and would meet us almost immediately when a new house became available. Her experience and years of wisdom in the industry was a huge help when looking at homes and ultimately buying our home. She fought to the end to get us what we needed and to close on our home. We ended up buying a home she suggested we should “just go check out”! Brenda is the best and we couldn’t thank her enough!

Buying our first house was not the scary process everyone claimed it would be, because we had Brenda Cole on our team. She is the most knowledgeable agent we could have asked for. Even at 8pm on Christmas Eve, Brenda was available. After looking at a handful of houses with no luck we widened our search using Brenda's advice and experience, and found a home in Clifton Heights that was perfect for us. All throughout negotiations, Brenda fought for what she believed that we, her clients, deserved. Thank you so much for helping us realize the dream that we have worked so hard for.
