And she is quick to reply which was important to me. Also, when she gathers the initial information on what you’re looking for - she DOES listen! Some gut feeling, big expertise - I’m not sure, she kind of sensed what I’m looking for and just found the right house for me. Also, what was the deal breaker for me personally is to make sure I trust the person. Sara has great work ethic and is just trustworthy. Not taking advantage of you, not having her own agenda, I kind of felt I have a person loyal to my interests at all times. This woman is gold!
