Maureen was very professional and knowledgeable without being overbearing. She assured us that the house would sell within a week. She advised us on how best to present the house and brought in a superb photographer who took some beautiful pictures of the house. She arranged a very efficient and nonintrusive system for the showings and continued to give us feed-back on each showing. She made sure we provided the buyer with all the necessary information even before it was requested.
