The house looked very inviting and move in ready. We listed the house on a Friday and had 5 offers by Monday. We were totally amazed. We signed the documents and got them notarized prior to settlement so we didn’t have to go to settlement. Mary went on our behalf. There is a certain level of stress when selling a house, but Mary was calm and collected throughout the whole process. She helped us to decide on an asking price and all offers came in above that price. The buyers really loved the house which made the process easier for all of us. All in all, an excellent experience.
