I cannot say enough good things about Margie! My husband and I went into the home buying process with absolutely zero knowledge or experience. In fact, she was the first of any of the agents we met, even willing to talk to us about the process of home buying without a contract in place. After we met Margie, we knew she was the one, with all the help she was giving us when we WEREN'T her clients, we knew she would be exactly what we needed. She was on top of everything, 7am Margie was on it, 10:30 PM, Margie had it handled. My only complaint is that Margie made the process too easy and way too much fun, and we can't buy a new house every year! She helped us find a house that checked every last box we were looking for and then some and a year later we couldn't be any happier with our home.
