Shehla is willing to go at the speed of the buyer, patient to show as many homes as required, and 100% reliable. To get our forever home, she reliable showed homes to us for nearly two months, always showing up early to ensure the home was ready to walk in upon arrival. To ensure we were set up for success, she recommended a number of key personnel, such as a mortgage broker and inspectors, who all provided amazing rates and/or excellent service. We would certainly recommend Shehla to any buyer, whether new or experienced.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Adam sold our house very quickly and with as little difficulty as possible. He was very informative and professional about the entire process. Adam was also very responsive to any questions and answered our calls promptly. If there was anything he wasn't sure about, he would find the answer and keep us informed. He spent countless hours productively working on the sale and ,in the end. sold our house for the asking price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone who is interested in selling their house. He is a true Real Estate Professional.
