We met Brad selling our house back in 2018. We picked him as our realtor due to his use and presence on social media and his ability to reach such a large potential buyer base. That house sold in days. We just sold our current house and bought our dream house using Brad as well. Brad’s knowledge of the market allowed us to sell our house for full asking price within days and get our dream house for under asking price. Brad is one of the busiest people I know but he always answered my phone calls and communicated effectively throughout the buying and selling process. Brad started as our realtor but has become our friend. There is no realtor more knowledgeable or hardworking for his clients than Brad. If we ever move again (hopefully not!), there is no one else we would call. Best in the business.
