I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

As first time home buyers this process was completly new to me and my husband. When we met with Jeramie he made the experience so easy walking us through everything on day one. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
