Sarah was recommended to us by a friend. From the beginning, she was very accommodating of our schedule and listened to our wants in the selling process. She surprised us by bringing in a professional stager and photographer/videographer, paying them out of her own pocket. The presentation of our home in person, in the photos, and in the video made all the difference in selling our condo for much more than the asking price. Sarah made the process simple for us so that we could focus on our other obligations. She was very personable and stayed in constant communication with us. We liked that she didn't make decisions for us, but instead clearly presented the information we needed to make our own educated decision. Sarah worked so hard for us to make the sale successful. We could tell she put in many hours and went above the expected effort. Her hard work really paid off quite literally because our home sold for tens of thousands above the asking price. We have no regrets about working with Sarah to sell our home and are more than pleased with the outcome. We only wish she could have been our realtor for our next home purchase!
