She communicated and helped set realistic expectations for my house and exceeded those expectations in the end. I can not suggest her and her team enough to anyone looking to sell or buy property. Jill and her team made the whole process of selling my house and buying a new house very easy and as stress free as the process could be. 20/10 would recommend to anyone.

Jill gets NOTHING BUT RESULTS. Jill was always available and responded quickly when I had a question, no matter what time of day I may have asked. The home I sold was priced to sell, and that is thanks to Jill and her knowledge and expertise with the housing market. Jill made all of my worries disappear and made the process of selling and purchasing a home as smooth as I could have ever imagined. I couldn’t be happier in my new home. Let me tell you - when we narrowed down our options to the terms the seller would accept and picked which one we wanted to go with, Nelson negotiated an even BETTER deal with some on point, on the fly number crunching, the kind you only get when dealing with someone who knows their industry. Nelson's zero-hour heroics are what made our experience so memorable! And he did it all through text messaging!!
