We’ve used Tonya for three transactions over the years. She is one in a million! She cares about her clients. Ensuring they are taken care of is the most important thing to her. She goes the extra mile, even shoveling snow for them! She’s very communicative and ALWAYS available. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace.
