As soon as the house was ready, he put the listing up (Saturday afternoon), and by Tuesday night we had 15 offers. For each offer, he emailed a Seller’s Estimated Net Sheet, Standard Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate, and other supporting documentation. For easy comparison, he provided a summary email that showed the purchase price, contingencies, settlement dates, seller net $, and notes for each offer. We were able to use Zoom to meet to discuss the offers, and Docusign to accept the offer for well over our asking price.
