Today, I had the pleasure of closing on my real estate transaction, which was expertly handled by Agent Jewel Lerums. When I began considering another property purchase in Philadelphia, I was hesitant and unsure. I thought through several agents I knew, but ultimately chose Jewel—despite never having met her in person. Her professionalism during our initial phone conversation immediately reassured me that I had made the right choice. She approaches her work with a commitment that extends far beyond the pursuit of a commission. She embodies respect, compassion, integrity, and a strong customer‑first mindset. Meeting Jewel in person at the closing only confirmed what I already felt, her presence was warm and familiar, as though we had known each other for decades. She has earned my loyalty, and I am grateful to have found an agent of her caliber.

Tom was wonderful. We needed to list our house and sell within 2 weeks notice due to job relocation. We contacted Tom and he came to look at the house with all the comps for the area. We especially appreciated his transparency and realistic pricing strategies with our home. A couple days later he came back with a photographer who took amazing images of our home and the MLS was completed (with pics!) within 48 hours! We had showings for one week but with Tom's strategy could have sold the day we listed! As novice sellers, we appreciated the time Tom took to walk us through the pros and cons of all 6 (!!) offers that we had on the house. We moved out-of-state before the official signing date, and Tom could not have been more helpful with coordinating the extra steps that went into a signing where the sellers are not present. There were issues on the buyer's side during this process, and not once did it become our issue. Tom's many years of experience really showed with how professionally he dealt with these issues and how he advised us in this time. There is NO ONE I would recommend more highly if you want to sell your home. Tom is someone that works with you every step of the way! I am sure he puts the same effort in when representing buyers!!

Susan was incredible, she had knowledge of the area, she would be ready at any moment to look at a house, and she helped us feel comfortable about buying our first home. She truly cared about our experience and about the final product, we could tell she sincerely wanted us to find the perfect home.

Linda is a very good realtor with good negotiation skills. I recommend Linda for anybody looking for houses. She is on top of everything.
