Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties. She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace.
