Being a first time homebuyer we were nervous that the process would be tedious and long. Josh made the experience the complete opposite. He was super patient with us and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. Josh followed up with us throughout the entire building process and made sure we were in the loop with any updates to our home. She did a great job to purchase a new home and we could sell my old house in three days all because of her. She brought a lady who was looking for a house and suggested her to purchase our house. My situation was bittersweet. Debbie handled it delicately. I was left my parents house, which was actually my grandparents house, after they both passed away in 2025. We originally met Debbie at an open house when my daughter was looking for a house. My daughter hired her as her realtor and she was so patient with her for the year she was looking. So why not give her the opportunity to do the sale for my property. She helped out with all the paperwork, open permits, logistics with staging the house for the one open house we had. Had 6 or so offers and accepted the first one about one week later. She knew exactly how to handle the business and we received alot more than I ever expected.
