Within a few days Kathy had many suggestions and cost effective improvements to make my “bachelor pad” of 34 years into a more family appealing domicile. I had to go out of town during most of the time the house was being prepared but Kathy was there to supervise all the work, even providing her own resource when an unexpected issue occurred.
