As first time home buyers this process was completly new to me and my husband. When we met with Jeramie he made the experience so easy walking us through everything on day one. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he found us houses that best fit our requests. A couple months later and we found our home we will bring our newborn baby home to! Next time we need a realtor we will definitely call Jeramie!

I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Meghan was amazing to work with. We had been looking for a home with very narrow and specific criteria, and we started working with Meghan because we had heard she was the person who could make it happen! We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. She helped us stay positive that we’d eventually find what we were looking for, and when we did, she did everything in her power to make sure we put in a great offer and got our dream home! She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. She did an amazing job and not only helping us sell our house quickly, but also surpassed all expectations of what we’d sell it for. As first time sellers, we expected it to be a challenging process and it couldn’t have been easier. On top of all that Meghan has done for us, we just really enjoyed working with her - we would highly recommend Meghan!

We cannot speak highly enough about Steve. He was able to sell our primary residence as well as two investment properties within two weeks. Steve was extremely helpful in assisting us with pricing and advertising our properties.
