In my job, I work with hundreds of agents from different agencies. I see the range of mediocre to amazing. I was blessed to be able to work with Adrien with the sale of the family home. She has a fabulous 'feel' of the market. Her listing strategy lined up people wanting to tour the home. She also had a solid strategy for reviewing and selecting from multiple offers.
