Suzette was extremely engaged, prompt and professional in all of our business dealings throughout the planning, listing, preparation and closing process. I would highly recommend her for her extensive experience and local market knowledge. Suzette reminded us of every detail and preparations steps we needed to take throughput the process. Also, Suzette was very strategic when it came to the pricing and timing of listing our home. Finally, in what some might find to be a difficult and stressful process, we actually were so confident in her abilities that it actually made the process a great experience. So again, you can be confident as well in choosing Suzette to handle either the listing or buying in all your real estate needs.

Holly was amazing from start to finish. Her attention to detail insured that there were no surprises along the way. Keeping us informed gave us confidence that we had made the right choice in selecting our realtor. Her knowledge of Narberth and the surrounding areas helped us to have a competitive edge in the current seller’s market. For her unwavering support and going above and beyond, we highly recommend Holly Goodman for your realty needs.

We interviewed several local realtors and selected Marlene because of her professionalism, pleasant personality and realistic approach. We had multiple offers in the first 4 days. Marlene explained the pluses and minuses of each so that we could decide which was best for us. After that we easily made it to settlement with her help and the help of the title company that she recommended. Excellent!
