She did a great job to purchase a new home and we could sell my old house in three days all because of her. She brought a lady who was looking for a house and suggested her to purchase our house. She knows how to negotiate the price and made seller and buyer happy. I highly recommend her to everyone who wants to sell their property and purchase a new house.

After stumbling upon Tim through a Zillow listing, I could not be any more impressed with his expertise, poise, and ability to produce results. From the beginning, Tim was informative, caring, and made sure we were equipped with all the right knowledge to buy our first home. It is no secret that buying a home during this post-pandemic market is challenging; regardless, Tim not only exuded the patience needed when ours was growing thin, but made sure that when we found our dream home that was within our price range that we were able to execute a quick and fair deal. Tim was our armchair therapist during times of uncertainty, was timely in every bit of communication, and provided honest, expert opinions no matter what deal we were about to make. If Tim did not immediately know an answer (and believe me, we asked him a LOT of questions!) he always was able to make a quick phone call to a colleague within The Collective to provide us with the most accurate, up-to-date information. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. My experience with Maurice was incredible . I was able to reach out to him anytime of the day or night as well as weekends . His knowledge and expertise was astounding . He was patient in his explanations (I had many questions) . He accurately explained the steps and stages that we were going through as well as the next steps that would be taken .
