This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
