We've now bought and sold a house with Ken, and his work is exceptional. His team was helpful, and we were able to sell our house, when we had already moved to another state, with no issues. We were moving out of state, and we felt completely comfortable leaving Ken and his team to take care of showings, closing, etc., while we were away. I can't recommend Ken highly enough!

Keith took time to explain the pros and cons of different ways to sell the house. Although I chose to sell the house "As Is", he helped me see the value of doing certain things that would make the house more appealing. He made sure I clearly understood each step of the process. Depending on your experience in such matters, there is a slight fear of being taken advantage of, but Keith was right there for me every step of the way, and everything went just as he explained it. He helped me get 20% more for the house than my asking price. If I ever need a realtor again, or if I am in a position to recommend a realtor, be assured, it will be Keith Seichepine.
