My experience with Maurice was incredible . I was able to reach out to him anytime of the day or night as well as weekends . His knowledge and expertise was astounding . He was patient in his explanations (I had many questions) . He accurately explained the steps and stages that we were going through as well as the next steps that would be taken . If he was unsure of something his response was always “ I don’t know “ but I will get back to you and he did . He oversaw the sale from start to finish and I feel that he gave the maximum effort to achieve my goals . In short he is the absolute best that a person could get . Ps. He gave parting gifts to both the seller (me) and buyer . These gifts were spot on . This proved to me that he LISTENS . Beautiful job . Thank you ,

Kind and understanding always willing to help I could call at anytime for questions and to get her knowledge of things I didn’t know.. Anne was available at any time I needed her she was able to decrease a lot of stressful times I would have

Joanna always answered her phone and my questions. And I had many of them. Selling a house is something that I had not done for over 20 years. She was a great help and made it go smoothly.

Dawn was extremely helpful with the sale of a property we had on Euclid Avenue in the Wynnefield section Philadelphia. She was diligent with updating us with all the repairs needed ahead of time in order to pass all inspections. She was always quick to respond and provide timely advice when needed. Due to Dawn's attentiveness and excellent follow up we were able to have a quick and efficient sale. I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!!

Angie was very helpful to us in the whole process of listing our house and then selling our house!
