Emajanae is wonderful! Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the areas, and gave us honest opinions on things she saw and thought compared to other properties. She was always able to meet with us whenever worked best for our crazy work schedules and always answered her phone when contacted which made communication great and for things to move along fast! She also was able to find me a grant that was beyond amazing that I didn’t have to bring a single penny to closing!!!!!

I interviewed other agents but her knowledge of the neighborhood and the value of the house was head and shoulders above anyone else. She was always there with excellent advice and support. Anytime I needed anything she had a solution to the problem or the name of someone I could contact to get it done at a reasonable price. She even went so far as to find someone to remove a piano from the second floor and take it away at no cost to us. No job was to large or to small for her. She made a very difficult time much easier and I will always appreciate her kindness, conpassion, hard work and professionalism.
